The room categories listed above were selected by the couple for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis.

If you would like to upgrade to a different room category (not listed above) you have the option to do so based on availability, all you need to do is let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her.

Roundtrip Airport Transfers are $38.57 per person for 3-night stays. If you are staying 4 nights or more, your transfers are complimentary and included with your resort stay.

What is NOT Included in Price?
Airfare. You are responsible for reserving your own flights. If you'd like to include flights in your reservation, please let our travel agent MarieSam know when you contact her.
Trip Insurance (Prices Below): We highly recommend getting insurance but you have the option to decline when filling out the room reservation form. 

The room rates shown below are total costs PER PERSON. 
For those staying 3-nights, roundtrip airport transfers are $38.57/person.
For those staying 4 nights or more, roundtrip airport transfers are included for free with your stay.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

ANY RESERVATION MADE WITHOUT INSURANCE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

IMPORTANT: Please note, any last minute reservations (made less than 40 days prior to the Wedding Date) will incur an extra $150 booking fee. The supplier does not allow any reservations or changes to be made within 15 days of the Wedding Date.

Travel Insurance Rates

Any reservation made without insurance is non-refundable.

Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above. All payments made without travel insurance are non-refundable and any changes or modifications can incur additional fees.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process.
If you initially decline the insurance but would like to add it back, you have that option up until 7 days after you place your reservation deposit. Insurance must be requested in writing.

• IMPORTANT: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with either a full travel credit or refund in the event they need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to the departure time of the flight. Prices are indicated below.

If you'd like to add travel insurance for your hotel stay, there are two options -- both offer Cancel for Any Reason coverage, emergency medical coverage, lost/late baggage fees and trip interruption coverage. The difference between the two insurance options is the rate and the method of refund:

Trip Secure Credit - flat rate of $119 per person. Your refund should you need to cancel would be in the form of travel credit minus the cost of insurance and you have up to a year to use that credit.

Trip Secure Cash Back on Land Only - ranges between $125 to $215 per person (based on the total costs of the landy only package). Your refund should you need to cancel would be in the form of the original payment minus the cost of insurance. Airfare would not be refunded and you would receive a credit for that airline minus any airline change fees.
